Work to be done
1) Some deck fittings need to be sealed and re-attached. I have removed the ceiling inside to get access to those fittings
2) deck can then be painted
3) rigging is strong - needs review - some halyards to be repalced
4) then interior should be fitted with new lining
5) re do electrics
Buy it for a song, do it up and you will have a good sea going vessel for extended cruising, racing , playing etc. Sister ships have circumnavigated the globe. Many enjoy coastal cruising.
For a bit of work and not much money you can do this boat up and resell it for $50,000

• Hull and keel in very good condition and has just been antifouled.

Boat was recently out of the water at Brisbane Shiplifts for antifouling.
The Yanmar motor has just had a major service – new belts, filters etc – by Moore Marine diesel mechanics. Now this motor is purring like a kitten.
